Policies

Cancellation and Payment Policy

50% non-refundable retainer at the time of booking, 50% remainder due prior to the photoshoot. Payments may be made by credit card upon receiving an invoice. Additional cancellation details in supplied contract.

Weather Policy

Photoshoots will typically take place rain or shine. For outdoor shoots, an agreed alternate location may be planned in advance.

Shoots will only be cancelled and a full refund given in the most extreme circumstances. If the shoot can be rescheduled there will be no additional fees for the customer.

License Policy

Photographer retains copyright over the Photographic Work and is able to use it for self-promotion. The client may make unlimited reproductions of the Photographic Work for family and friends both online and offline.

Extension Policy

Shoot may be extended with mutual consent. The possibility of an extended shoot should be discussed beforehand. The hourly package rate will apply.

Reshoots can be arranged at a cost of 50% of the hourly package rate.

Engagements: Starting at $425

Additional options include:

  • Adding extra subjects for $25 each, including children and pets.

  • Access to high-resolution digital downloads of your session images for $50.

  • Getting 4x6 prints of all your session images delivered to your doorstep for $100.

  • Designing personalized Save the Date or Thank You cards by Joshua Kendall Photography, starting at $2.25 each.

  • Creating a photo book or guestbook featuring images from your session, designed by Joshua Kendall: 12" for $350, 10" for $300, 8" for $250, and 6" for $225. Additional identical copies are available at a 15% discount.

An engagement session offers you the chance to feel at ease in front of the camera ahead of your wedding day. It's also an opportunity for me as your photographer to understand your dynamic as a couple, discovering what makes you comfortable and brings out genuine laughter.

  • This photo session typically lasts between 1-2 hours and can take place at a location of your choice or two nearby spots.

  • With every booking, you'll receive a complimentary $50 print credit towards wall art orders totaling $200 or more.

Wedding Packages:

The Intimate Gathering- $1300

This choice encompasses everything from an incredibly private ceremony, just the two of you with an officiant, to a small and intimate gathering accommodating up to twenty-five guests. Please note, this package is exclusively available for weddings within an hour and a half travel distance from Latham, NY.

  • One pre-wedding consultation

  • Up to 2 1/2 consecutive hours of coverage

  • Access to your own virtual album of fully edited images, allowing you to order prints, canvases, and other items

  • The flexibility to incorporate any a la carte items into your package

  • A complimentary $50 print credit towards wall art orders exceeding $200.

Additional options include:

  • Digital downloads of all edited high-resolution images for $100

  • 4x6 prints of all images for $200
